Usually I’m too harried to wait the 12 minutes these dishes take but boy am I glad I hung out patiently the other day.
Much like a pork bun the rich barbecued flavor of the chopped pieces of duck meat were deeply satisfying (esp with a shot of sriracha). A splash of black vinegar cut the bitter mustard greens in the mushroom bun.
